Live Chat with
an FSI Trainer*

If you have ever wished for time with your FSI Training Consultant outside of a typical training day or would like to provide your in-store colleagues an opportunity to have their questions answered by FSI, now is your chance. FSI's Client Support and Training Department presents "Live Chat with a Trainer." Each month, one of the industry leading FSI Client Support and Training Consultants will offer a one-hour live chat to provide recommendations and answers to your most pressing in-store related challenges and questions.

How to register:
The registration process is easy and only takes two minutes. To register, log on to The Smart Cart (see link below) and click on the Live Chat with an FSI Trainer catagory.  Choose which chat you want to register for, hold your control [ctrl] key down as you left click on the chosen link. You will immediately be redirected to a short registration form. Once registered, an e-mail will arrive in your inbox that includes your own private join link.

*Live Chat with an FSI Trainer is for FSI Members Only.  An FSI Member is defined as a person working at or with an FSI Member Branch, which is currently open for business, or who has completed FSI Executive Planning.  An FSI Member Branch is an in-store branch facility that is currently under a Consulting/Training Agreement with Financial Supermarkets, Inc.  Some limitations apply.
