*FSI’s River Walk Boat Tour is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3 at 7:00 pm with the GO Rio Cruise services. San Antonio’s #1 attraction is the River Walk. This 15-mile waterway runs through the heart of Downtown. Dine, shop, & explore. FSI has reserved a private charter departing from right outside the door of our host property, Hotel Valencia. This 50-minute narrated cruise aboard brand-new, colorful and quiet electric barges will take you on an enchanting journey through San Antonio’s rich history, from La Villita, the city’s first neighborhood (and where General Santa Anna placed his cannon line in the Battle of the Alamo)... past the Old Mill Crossing where Teddy Roosevelt led his Rough Riders. This event is a bucket-list for the area and connects you to the city's culture, history, architecture, and timeless charm.
