Project Description: Design, manufacture, and install all finishes, flooring, cabinetry and offices within a retail strip center location

Project Included:

• Interior design services
• State/local permit coordination
• Site demolition and preparation
• Fabrication and installation of interior wall panels, cabinetry, doors, mobile check writer, floor coverings and trim by millwork company
• Supervision of fire sprinkler system installation
• Wall preparation for ATM installation
• Order and set up furnishing for office and teller stations
• All electrical work
• New HVAC system

FSI's Role: Coordination and project management services of fabrication and installation of interior walls, finishes, and flooring for the entire space. Communication between property owners, general contractors, all sub-contractors, and vendors.
