Project Description: Design, manufacture, and install all finishes, flooring, cabinetry and offices within a retail strip center location and coordinate drive-thru station design, construction and operation
Project Included:
- Interior design services
- Fabrication and installation of interior wall panels, cabinetry, doors, and trim by millwork company
- Design and project management of detached drive-thru teller station and underground VAC tube delivery system
- Ordering and supervising security equipment installation including full size vault, safety deposit boxes, security package, all under-counter stations, and underground commercial VAC system to drive-thru station
- Order and set up furnishings for office and teller stations
- Installation of interior and exterior signage
- All electrical work
- New HVAC system
FSI's Role: Coordination and project management services of fabrication and installation of interior walls, finishes, and flooring for the entire space, as well as for the drive-thru station. Communication between property owners, general contractors, all sub-contractors, and vendors.
